Shipping costs:
For bikes: Shipping cost per bike is free.
For accessories: Shipping costs for accessories are free
Delivery time:
Delivery time: Delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the availability of the products in our stock.
Delivery location: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to your neighbors or, if safely possible, on your own property (e.g. in the garden or on the porch).
Pick up in store:
You also have the option of picking up your order in our store free of charge. Choose this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Reshipment:
Additional charges: If delivery is unsuccessful and the product needs to be reshipped, additional charges may apply for the new shipment.
Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but should you change your mind, you may return your product under the following conditions:
Return Policy: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refund: Only the purchase price of the product will be refunded, provided the product is in its original condition and returned within the stipulated period of 14 days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
